Use this chart as a general daily or weekly reminder of healthy actions for a life of well being. Each action domain, such as Excercise, (for example daily stretching, yoga, walk 3x per week ) can have more activities or specfics associated with it. Modify the use of the chart for how it will best serve you.  This chart was not designed to rate yourself, rather to bring attention to various areas for which you can be creating well-being, to get a sense of how you are doing, and where you would like improvement.
