Yearly Goals Chart
Goals for 2010
What are your goals in each of these domains for the year 2010?
You need not fill in every category if you don’t have a specific goal for that domain.
In fact we encourage you not to fill in every blank or you may end up with an overwhelming number of goals. If the goal is covered in another category then you can skip over that section or put it in twice for emphasis.
Add the time frames for each goal–some may be daily, weekly, or you are planning to get it accomplished by a certain date. Larger tasks will probably need to broken down to smaller actions with individual deadlines. Be reasonable in your expectations of yourself. While we think its very important to know where you want to get to, your self-promise may need revision based on reality. Self-care is paramount.
You can use this chart as a work sheet and then list the goals on a separate piece of paper and post it where you can see it. Change the location where you post it periodically so you don't start ignoring it. You can also put these goals on a monthly or quarterly spread sheet in order to accomplish them over the course of the year. Review your goals at least once a month.

Here's another way of putting your goals on paper. I (Lawrence) like to use the chart above as my worksheet and then post these on my wall, eliminating any duplicates and making the list shorter.
